Start over and with your mouse - "Right Click / Save as" to download directly to your computer. The freeze seems to be a new glitch in the new Microsoft IE 8 and is a Microsoft issue not our website. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Each .pdf is high resolution in quality and fully printable.
To view just click on the links. To save to your computer just "right click" your mouse and select "save target as..." Then select the location on your computer you would like to save to.
